While being free on a "signature bond" that requires no cash outlay
... at the same time hundreds of thousands of people (mostly the poor and/or black and brown) are locked up in jail awaiting trial because they can't afford cash bail.

A lie doesn't become the truth, wrong doesn't become right, and evil doesn't become good just because it is accepted by a majority.

Privilege is an abstract concept, and we all know -certain kinds of people- have a hard time understanding abstract concepts.
What you fail to include is the parameters where signature bonds are an option. Such things as criminal history, severity of the crime, and that someone failing to live up to their side of the agreement by signing can have a monetary judgment against them if they don't show to court. The first two are self explanatory and it seems poor people don't have the means to have a judgment placed against them if they don't show. The way you make it out is every white person gets a signature or personal recognizance bond and everyone else has to go through traditional means.
