I don’t condone anyone who is that much of a coward to send death threats to someone else.

    The problem is you do.
You are the first to call the kid a Nazi and racist before the facts emerged.

Glad to know one of your favorite comebacks qualifies as "incoherent babble", dumbass.

I merely call out lies and bullshit when I see them. Want to try again, dumbfuck? I'll give you another chance.

Name one time in the history of mankind where an "if/would" actually occurred.

Take your time, halfwit. I'm in no hurry.

But, I do predict more diversionary, incoherent babble.

    Can you say settlement.

Let me tell you how this will go.
The insurance company lawyers are defending the media.
The insurance company is the defendant.
The defendant files an answer to the complaint filed by the plaintiff.
The parties will exchange motions and bill of particulars.
    Afterwards depositions will take place.
After all the motions have been answered the defendant will probably file a motion to dismiss.
The majority of the time, Judges will not dismiss, they would rather have a jury decide.
A trial date is set, courts are backed up so it may take a year to get on the docket.
Throughout this process the parties are negotiating. The plaintiff's demand is high and the defendant's offer is low. They will eventually meet somewhere in the middle.
if I were handling the case for the defendant insurance company, I would not want this case to go to trial. The location of the venue is important as well.
    The kid will get money.

Absolutely. I guess his greedy parents never taught him to respect his elders, nor did he follow his Catholic school teachings to turn the other cheek.

Love how the first paragraph is about McCarthyism.

The whole thing uses over the top language... " its negligent, reckless, and malicious attacks on Nicholas which caused permanent damage to his life and reputation..."

He's 16 for god's sake! His life hasn't even started.

Nah, they're suing for money. They're asking for $250,000,000 in the hopes they get a fraction of that.

I'm embarrassed that Catholic parents are doing this and you should be, too.

In the age of the net, future potential employers will check out social media, remember this...some might rather steer clear of him (for many PC reasons no doubt). It's just the way it is now.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

I'm not sure how you arrived at hours; but have you just willingly decided to reject everything that doesn't go with your conclusion, because the kids were where they were told to congregate and were waiting to be picked up??

I've asked you before; but you seem to be unable to answer.

    How was he acting disrespectful?

    Why??

Don't they have the same rights as everyone else??

Why should he have walked away? Just because he has a MAGA hat and is a teenager? What makes you liberals think everyone should bow to you and your antics?
The kid obviously was taught to respect his elders, he did nothing to accelerate the scene. He didn't even change his expression. I'd say for a 16 yr. old, he had a
great amount of self control. Turn the other cheek? There's "a time to be silent and a time to speak," but also "a time for war and a time for peace." (Ecclesiastes 3)
How many of us would have had that amount of self control? Would you have?
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.
