LOL they must have not liked not being able to write of scads of interest on their taxes anymore. Time to downgrade your home to the max you can afford with the new write-offs. The good news is, if they all do it right away they'll create a glut of homes and drive the prices down while they jump to the new lowered level of consumption. They lost a deduction or two. Not the same as tax increase, but has the same effect.
