I would imagine adult women in ladies' public "loos" aren't very comfortable with you hanging around in them, either.

Unisex toilets have been around for ages. I actually prefer going to those ones, because they're cleaner. I don't know what you got going in England, but I'm not looking at a dailymail article to find out.
