There was one person who wasn’t pleased to see Alec Baldwin return to “Saturday Night Live” last night: President Trump.

After a few weeks away, Baldwin appeared as Trump in the show’s mocking the president’s White House Rose Garden speech where he declared a national emergency in order to build his border wall. On Sunday morning, Trump tweeted, “Nothing funny about tired Saturday Night Live on Fake News NBC!” He also pondered how “networks get away with these total Republican hit jobs without retribution?”

The constitution says that Congress is the only one allowed to appropriate money… Trump didn’t care about that.

But, President Trump isn't appropriating money. He is using monies already allocated to use at his discretion. You see, a long time ago Congress abrogated their authority over spending. Now the democrat party is paying the price.
