Well, if Amazon carries out their plans, they want to move to 3 separate locations including Arlington VA., San Francisco, and NYC- From Seattle.

With AOC's plan to provide a guaranteed income to those unwilling to work, why should she be worried about jobs not coming there?

Are we going back in time here? Amazon went on a HQ2 search. They picked Arlington,VA and NYC. Now they are backing out of NYC. SF has nothing to do with this. Nor were they sending a bunch of workers from Seattle to NYC.

FedEx Ground built their huge ground distribution center here in Marion county, opened a couple years ago I think. it opened with more than 350 employees and created more than $170 million in capital investment in the community. And, Florida is ranked high (maybe in top 3?) for transportation infrastructure in the U.S. which is great for logistics and distribution type companies.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

OK! It's a little tough to stay up with Amazon- everyday- they come up with something different than the day before.

DFW has made out well over the years with National Headquarters of Tech Giants moving here because of it's access to several International Commercial airports, milder winters, Central location in America, lowered standard of living costs, and the giveaway Tax abatements Texas continues to offer.

So personally, since Amazon didn't even consider DFW- I dropped interest in their relocation news stories.

Default mazon cancels plans to build New York headquarters

New York (CNN Business)Amazon is ditching its plans to build a new headquarters in New York after facing backlash from members of the community.

"After much thought and deliberation, we've decided not to move forward with our plans to build a headquarters for Amazon in Long Island City, Queens," Jodi Seth, an Amazon spokeswoman, said in a statement.

In the statement, Amazon noted that "a number of state and local politicians have made it clear that they oppose our presence and will not work with us to build the type of relationships that are required to go forward with the project we and many others envisioned in Long Island City."

DFW made the top 20. I was visiting Dallas to see the in-laws and it was being written about in the Dallas Morning News every day I was there. Hell, I was talking to a Dallas buddy today who hopes Amazon reconsiders them.
