Yeah, that was hot gas during the campaign about Mesico paying for it... Of course anybody that voted for him knew that and voted for him anyway. Gee, wonder why. Could it have been his opponent? Maybe?

People may have voted for him because they wanted to vote for a man rather than a woman...

...or because they wanted to vote for the person with more money...

...or because they wanted to vote for the taller person...

...or because they are bat-shit crazy/stupid and consciously wanted to vote for the less qualified, less moral candidate.

As I said, who knows!

Considering, however, that many still support Trump and are not in agony over the consequences of their vote...I suspect the last item on that list is the most likely.
