I'd appoint anatta. The military would be severely depleted under my reign.

There have been no debates- ideas are being thrown out there without debate- and no one should even be voting on things that have not even been debated yet!

Thanks Nancy for bringing common sense to both the Republicans and Democrats!
Is that the same cunt that said “we have to pass it before you can see what is in it?”

No chance. She has a lot of pride in being the biggest loon in congress. Beside she gets a lot of free publicity for it. And much of it comes from fox news (idiots) and yahoo!(expected) .

You shouldn't take such long breaks from JPP. Anatta is very non-interventionist, and decided that Crooked Hillary was the great evil Hildibeast after she supported the policy we ran with in Libya. Of course, he also looks at Russian policy as though he were a loyal Russian national, so, there is that.

thanks. I was gone for so long because nobody was even really discussing the bad trade deals, or globalism. trump made me hope again, that fuck. I know he's probably controlled opposition, but its nice for the discussion to come up. I heard a take on all this that trump is just representing the new york families over the eme cartels. you dont build casinos or much of anything without being mobbed up.

I guess the next step is to see what happens with the next round of trade talks that he is having with China. Hope & Change!!

Wow I’m truly impressed with your change to common sense.
The stupid politicians are reacting to what they feel will be popular with the public.
They have no clue to what they are agreeing to. New Green Deal is a catchy phrase. The phrase will be popular with the public.

However I do have to say isn’t this similar to your reaction when the media throws into the spotlight a story without all the facts and people like you react. The media wants your type of negative response.

What Pelosi is really saying is that the deal in its entirety sucks. The senior democrat wants to put freshmen democrat in her place.

    Neither did in 2018.

We know because we have the data.

So why are you still clinging to a belief that is easily disproved by facts?

You are trying to substitute your biased, uninformed economic theory as fact, but it's not. In no world will you even be able to show this. In fact, revenues from corporate taxes were down significantly in 2018 vs. 2017. No economic activity increased to make up that gap.

So do you want to abandon one of your core fundamental economic beliefs? Or are you going to dig in your heels in the face of ample empirical evidence?

The choice you make will determine whether or not it gets a mean response. You only get a mean response from me when you argue in bad faith, which is how you almost exclusively act.

They will provide relief to the middle class, however.
No they won't, because you increased their liability. That's why so many aren't seeing refunds, or are seeing refunds far less than before.

Nothing you have predicted about this Russia Tax Cut came to pass.

So it's time to give up the goat and admit that it's just shitty policy, sold on a pack of lies that you bought into because they confirmed the bias you have that has been informed by 40 years of Conservative propaganda.

Revenues were up in 2018, along with spending (except for the month of December, where spending was down strangely).

Obviously the economy grew more strongly in 2018 than 2017, as indicated by GDP.

As for middle class tax relief, I can tell you that my monthly income tax burden was less every month of 2018 than it was in 2017. I don't care that your stupid little socialist head cannot comprehend the basic math, because I don't need to take your ideology seriously in America.

Revenues were not up in 2018:

    Here's Treasury's monthly statement.

    Receipts
    Jan-2017: $344,069
    Feb-2017: $171,713
    Mar-2017: $216,584
    Apr-2017: $455,605
    May-2017: $240,418
    Jun-2017: $388,660
    Jul-2017: $232,040
    Aug-2017: $226,311
    Sep-2017: $348,722
    Oct-2017: $235,341
    Nov-2017: $208,374
    Dec-2017: $325,797
    Total-2017: $3,393,634

    Receipts
    Jan-2018: $361,038
    Feb-2018: $155,623
    Mar-2018: $210,832
    Apr-2018: $510,447
    May-2018: $217,075
    Jun-2018: $316,278
    Jul-2018: $225,266
    Aug-2018: $219,115
    Sep-2018: $343,559
    Oct-2018: $252,692
    Nov-2018: $205,961
    Dec-2018: $313,000
    Total-2018: $3,330,886

    $3,393,634- $3,330,886 = $62,748

    Revenues are down 2%.

We cannot move forward in this debate until you accept these facts.

    Did it, though?

According to your philosophy, there should have been an increase in revenues from the increase in economic activity.

Yet revenues are 2% less in 2018 than 2017.

So...that GDP growth, where was it, exactly? Because it wasn't in any sector of the economy that would lead to increased revenues. It wasn't in the markets (those were down for 2018). It was among the 1% because of record stock buybacks, wasn't it?
