Right...the problem isn't that your policy sucks, it's that people aren't smart enough to appreciate how much it sucks.

You clowns promised that cutting taxes would lead to increased economic activity, which would translate to higher revenues.

Only, the opposite happened in 2018; less revenues were collected, and weren't offset by increased revenues from this magical increased economic activity you insist tax cuts generate.

So the central pillar to your economic and fiscal philosophy is a load of horseshit.

Pretty much... when you are complaining about returns not being big enough, what else caused that other than ignorance of what withholding entails.

You want to complain about taxes increasing, then complain about it. Don't blame faulty deduction calculation by idiots

Separate from the "withholding" issue, your Russia Tax Cut resulted in less revenues collected in 2018 vs. 2017.

So the fundamental lie that cutting taxes leads to increased economic activity that offsets the rate cut with increased revenues is bullshit, isn't it?

I said you increased tax liability, despite cutting the tax rate.

Also, your Russia Tax Cut resulted in less revenues collected in 2018 vs. 2017, which kills your belief that cutting taxes results in increased economic activity.

If it did, then why were revenues lower in 2018 vs. 2017?

I'll tell you why; because cutting taxes doesn't increase economic activity.
