Yeah, I agree, odds are she mouthed off and made him angry. I think the taunting reflects that he acted emotionally out of anger. Which I would think that the PD would consider to be totally unprofessional. I'm not sure how much cops are supposed to let their emotions affect their judgement. There must be some leeway.
If he was trying to teach her lesson, ... he only taught her to hate cops.

The libtards are making a big deal out of a non-issue. She's lucky the cop didn't shoot her fucking black cunt. She got home alright and now the libtards are destroying a decorated cop's life. He's been stood down - for fucking what?
Hope he gets reinstated and the Detroit police apologise to him. And then he should fucking sue the department and the fucking black cunt.
SHE broke the law - but the libtards are saying the cop should be sacked.
Lets hope trump pardons the cop.
He should be given a medal for ensuring the black cunt got home safely. And she could have avoided the walk home if she accepted the cop's nice offer to drive her home.
Why didn't she go with the cops? So what if they grabbed her pussy. Grabbing pussy is acceptable now. If it is good enough for the greatest president of all time , then its good enough for every American.

I've been reading different articles on this and none of them mention that she mouthed off or otherwise pissed him off. However, they do mention that this cop has a history. I don't know why PDs keep people like this on the payroll. Nor do I understand why the partner went along with it.
"He has a troubling history," Craig adds, in reference to Steele's 2008 arrest following a domestic attack on his girlfriend during which he fired a gun at her. "His departmental history predates my appointment. It would have been a different outcome if I had been chief."

"Steele faced legal issues in 2008, when he was charged with physically attacking his ex-girlfriend and firing a gun near her head in Canton, Michigan. He pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charged, served probation and was able to remain on the police force."
