Longer than all these federal workers who starved to death in the streets thanks to Trump

In the mean time California is still pumping in 1.5 trillion gallons of water a year thereby exporting is environmental degradation to other places and its citizens remain water restricted to make sure corporate farmers have plenty of aqua for the lettuce and such. That concentrated agriculture production requires exploitation of immigrants does not mean that agriculture has to be concentrated to begin with.

Where the fuck have you been? Food prices have been going up since Obama. Do you not do your own grocery shopping?

Do you support exploiting illegals to pick produce? Maybe if we didn't pay lazy fuckers to sit on their ass, we would have farm workers. AMERICAN farm workers.

So you do support exploiting illegals for pennies on the dollar. That's what I thought.

Never mind. They could be working a mere two hours a day, but in that case we wouldn't be able to keep your holy capitalism.

Many of those farmers are having to till under their crops due to lack of water. One of my main complaints regarding that topic is the amount of water we waste to grow alfalfa to be shipped to China. IMO we can let China grow its own, and buy dairy from us, or do without. The same is true over in Arizona where the Saudi's, and Dubai, are allowed to buy land, use our water to grow alfalfa, and then ship it to the ME since they have run their water systems dry. In the meantime we see higher costs, and more loss from drought.

BTW, those federal workers did not live on lettuce alone, and they were helped by their liberal friends, and food banks. No thanks to Repugnant ones, and Trump.

And from such people turn away"

California has enough water storage locations

one of the big problems is they have been contaminated by industry on the past and have not all been cleaned up because its expensive

irresponsible industry that was not properly fettered at the time
