In another one of those moments where you ask yourself, “can this be true?” Kuntlips Harris has done the unthinkable.

Yesterday the Senator announced her bid for the FEMOCRAT nomination.

Harris announced that Clinton Attorney Marc Elias would be her head of legal counsel and be the general counsel for her presidential campaign.

Yes, that’s the same Marc Elias who’s been an Attorney of the Clinton’s for many years. Not only that, he’s the same Attorney that hired the firm Fusion GPS to make up the fake Russian dossier.

Elias, head of the Perkins Coie LLP law firm’s political law practice, is among the DEMOCRAT Party’s campaign finance fixers.

Elias and his firm currently represent every major DEMOCRAT Party committee, including the DEMOCRAT National Committee, DEMOCRAT Senatorial Campaign Committee, Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Democratic Governors Association, as well as numerous individual senators and representatives.

It was Elias who, as the Clinton campaign’s attorney of record, used campaign funds to retain the infamous opposition research firm Fusion GPS to compile what became known as the Steele dossier, according to the Washington Post.

Elias is the same Clinton attorney that hired British Spy Christopher Steele, Fusion GPS, Ohr and the cyber security firm CrowdStrike that viewed the DNC servers instead of the FBI in the supposed “hack” back in 2016.

Documents obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Air Force detail $134,587.81 plus $50,000 for an advance of funds for an “escort officer” for a total of $184.587.81 for then-House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) Congressional delegation (CODEL) to Italy and Ukraine in 2015.

The documents show that from July 30 to August 6, Pelosi took a trip to Milan, Rome and Naples, Italy, and Kiev, Ukraine, for herself, her husband, several members of congress and their spouses. The Italy trip included Milan, Rome and Naples with visits to the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel, Duomo and viewing Da Vinci’s “Last Supper.”

The documents also show the Air Force’s negative response to a Pelosi staff request for a specific crew for Pelosi’s flight. An official notes that it: “would be a disastrous precedent to set even if it were possible.” The Air Force further points out: “Our ARC crews have plenty to balance already with military duties and their civilian employers.”

Pelosi has a demonstrated record of abusing the perks of office that give her access to military luxury travel paid for by taxpayers.

Pelosi’s military travel cost the United States Air Force $2,100,744.59 over one two-year period — $101,429.14 of which was for in-flight expenses, including food and alcohol.

Pelosi’s travel abuses resulted in her successor John Boehner declining to use Air Force luxury jets to travel to his Ohio congressional district.

A former client of celebrity lawyer Michael Avenatti has accused him of running his law firm similar to a "Ponzi scheme," pocketing the client's money and allegedly trying to lend it back to him at a high interest rate.

In a claim filed with private arbitrator Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Gregory Barela alleges Avenatti secured him a settlement and never gave him the money, but instead offered to lend it to him at 10 percent interest, the Daily Beast reported. Barela retained Avenatti for legal advice regarding an intellectual property dispute with an out-of-state company, according to court documents.

“Avenatti was operating his law firm in a Ponzi scheme like manner, taking settlement proceeds received for clients to pay off debts, pay the other individual Defendants’ salaries and bonuses, and fund his lavish lifestyle, while telling clients that the settlement proceeds had not been received or would be received at a later date,” says the claim, which also names two other lawyers at Avenatti’s firm.

The claims against him come as the high-profile attorney has faced scrutiny over his representation of porn star Stormy Daniels and domestic abuse allegations.

Freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., is facing backlash for going after students anew Tuesday night, even after the media acknowledged misreporting on their widely viewed confrontation with a "Native-American elder" in Washington.

Media figures initially seized on the viral "confrontation" between students and "Native-American elder" Nathan Phillips. A heavily-edited clip appeared to show students antagonizing him, but unedited video proves that Phillips approached them.

Omar weighed in on the subject, by claiming they were taunting "black protesters" despite accounts to the contrary.

The newly-elected representative was also criticized for claiming that Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., was “compromised,” admitting later to CNN that it was an “opinion.”
