    It's really a simple choice.

Have more money or save the planet.

Money is good. We like money.

But I don't see what good it will be if we don't have a planet.

    Our position on climate change
We have the same concerns as people everywhere – and that is how to provide the world with the energy it needs while reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
The risk of climate change is clear and the risk warrants action. Increasing carbon emissions in the atmosphere are having a warming effect. There is a broad scientific and policy consensus that action must be taken to further quantify and assess the risks.

_____________ is taking action by reducing greenhouse gas emissions in its operations, helping consumers reduce their emissions, supporting research that leads to technology breakthroughs and participating in constructive dialogue on policy options.

Addressing climate change, providing economic opportunity and lifting billions out of poverty are complex and interrelated issues requiring complex solutions. There is a consensus that comprehensive strategies are needed to respond to these risks.

LOL. I had it as an 8-930 am class with a very soft spoken Chinese prof you could barely hear who would stand there and read the text book in very broken english as his lecture. It was like being water boarded over and over and over again.

I actually had to take Statistics three different times.

Once as a math requirement; once as a requirement for my undergrad major, Economics, and once in grad school for my new major there, Psychology.

Never been good at anything beyond the Arithmetic section of Math.

    Oh, poor little innocent them.

Bill Gates has a very good answer. Solar is a very good answer. Wind is a very good answer. Pretending it is impossible is not an acceptable answer.

I'm always encouraged by my Wife: with a Cambridge Maths degree she is in a safe position cheerfully to say that statistics is a loose and inexact game! 'We bow the knee, and do not understand!'

Policies matter, pal. Economic policies, trade policies, immigration policies, environmental policies. Planning, action plans, funding are all parts of any effective policy. Burying one’s head in the sand and doing nothing is not.

A tweet like Trump’s “we can sure use some of that global warming” in response to the cold weather back east right now merely reflects his massive ignorance.

CO2 levels are at levels not seen in the last several hundred thousand years. And they are from human activity. In a very short period of time. The relationship between the global climate and greenhouse gas levels is established science. But you’ll deny that, of course.

So, let’s elect a leader who DOESN’T understand the situation and continue down the same track. Or even accelerate emissions. That’s the best response, isn’t it?
    You didn't answer the question.

That's nice. But you didn't answer the question.

Twice it's been answered and yet you still fail to comprehend.
