There are lots of things that didn't happen that they didn't comment about.
WASHINGTON – In a rare public statement, special counsel Robert Mueller's office on Friday disputed a blockbuster report from BuzzFeed News that alleged President Donald Trump directed his former attorney, Michael Cohen, to lie in his testimony before Congress.
Despite worldwide coverage and intense interest, Mueller's office has stayed mostly quiet on reports regarding the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. But on Friday, Mueller's office took the rare step of calling BuzzFeed's story "not accurate."

the impeachment clause
“The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”.
thanks for tracking that down, makes my point beautifully
"BuzzFeed’s description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony are not accurate
yup, specific details (i.e. time, place, exact wording, attribution etc) are inaccurate, no mention of whether Trump instructed Cohen to lie to Congress, or not
but keep that hope alive, maybe a miracle's on its way!

yeap
all that has to be wrong is a tiny detail of the article
Mueller's spokesman said the story was inaccurate, not false. If it were, I am sure he is familiar with the word, False. He did not use it.
