Aspects of the story, the special counsel’s spokesperson said, were “not accurate.”

And now, Mueller’s spokesperson’s statement said the following aspects the BuzzFeed piece were “not accurate”:

The report’s “description of specific statements to the Special Counsel’s Office,”
and the report’s “characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office,”
related to “Michael Cohen’s Congressional testimony.”

The statement did not quite say the BuzzFeed piece was entirely wrong. But for an office that rarely says much on the record, the pushback was very notable.

Because the allegation utterly destroys Trump, and that takes the wind out of Mueller's sales and beats Mueller to the punch.
Mueller is not authoritative truth, his team has the power to investigate and bring and prove cases.

If you worked two years and kept your lips sealed leading to an ironclad and cautious conclusion that Trump stole the election
with Russian help, you'd be unhappy if someone else jumped the gun, got there first and came out with it before you got the chance.

I don't know whether Trump stole the election or not, but his campaign had about 100 contacts with the Russians which I find weird.. Then again Trump is real stupid. Maybe he just thinks Putin likes him.

Tom and I were talking about Gerud, not Cohen.

Krudzu is stupid and has zero credibility.

    God damn, you're stupid.

The exchange in question concerns the OP, not Cohen.

    You have zero credibility.
