Why, it's Trump's shutdown, don't you remember his infamous line, "I'd be happy to shutdown the Gov't, I'll own it," are you finally admitting Trump lies?

A president can't actually shut down the govt. Only congress can, by not not submitting a CR. So Far Trump has vetoed zero bills.

Music to my ears, just like IloveAmerica said.

I can only thank Trump and Pelosi equally, so long as they are in a standoff. Once either of them gives in, the standoff will be over and I will then be dissatisfied with either Trump or Pelosi; whoever it is that gives in.

The most retarded thing that people can do in regard to a standoff, is to blame either side. A stand-off is a situation in which neither of two opposing groups or forces will make a move until the other one does something, so nothing can happen until one of them gives way. It takes two for a standoff, and the notion that only one of two sides is to blame is batshit crazy.

Ah, so we agree that McConnell is actually to blame for all this and that you're simply a bitter, self-hating drunk.

Democrats have passed funding legislation, just as they did last month when a bipartisan bill was passed by both houses of Congress, it was your man Trump who put the skids on that one, remember, the demogogues told him no so he said no

You are assuming that both sides stand on equal ground, but here it isn't the case, the majority of Americans blame Trump, view him as obstinate, and his insistence on a Wall as inane. By doing nothing it only hurts one side, Trump's, which politically he, and the GOP, will pay the price for down the road

You already said that, to which the reply "you are assuming that both sides stand on equal ground, but here it isn't the case, the majority of Americans blame Trump, view him as obstinate, and his insistence on a Wall as inane. Trump is a crybaby. In fact, a crybaby is more mature than he is. He's a liar, a cheat and a bully. That's his idea of negotiation.
