Yes, I do think Pelosi and Schumer are partly to blame, but Trump is more to blame for failing to make a deal, which is his job as president.

Yes, Schumer is in favor of border control. He just doesn't want to build a five billion dollar wall. Most Democrats feel the same way.

And, of course, Trump is the one putting others at risk

The choice Trump gave was" pay 5.7 billion for my wall, or I will shut down the government. Nancy said no wasting of nearly 6 billion to pay for a stupid wall to feed your ego. Then Daffy shut it down.

Trump had a bill that would have kept the country running, and that had some funding for his stupid wall. He refused to sign it because he got some heat from the right and he folded. Like the cowardly little baby that he is.
