Several Republican senators introduced legislation Friday to permanently end government shutdowns by creating an automatic continuing resolution for any appropriations bill, allowing the federal government to remain open even when budget agreements break down.

As I understand it the CR budget doesnt exist forever. It gets reduced by something like 1% every day that no new budget is passed. This pretty much just extends the deadline by 100 days.

    Putin wants it

so in his big plan he can cause a revolution in America and then infiltrate that revolution like he did in the Ukraine

A wall is maintenance free and would give our border patrols less ground to cover.
But yeah, I know, you'd rather this country overridden with illegals just to gain a few votes.

    A wall is maintence free?

The Trump administration wants to enforce border security with a combination of a physical wall and natural barriers that would protect the estimated 1,933 miles-long border between the United States and Mexico. Many different cost estimates have been thrown around, from as little as $8 billion to as much as $70 billion, with anywhere from $150 million per year to $750 million per year in maintenance.

i'm sure it's cheaper long run to build it with any maintanence then use just expensive manpower.

works better, and costs less - win/win
