    Default They Should Stay Lost

I hope this is not true:

The Return of the Lost Generation
    By Byron Lafayette

    https://www.americanthinker.com/arti...eneration.html

My generation was never lost. It never existed.

Should another Great Depression be in the cards, parasites living on the public teat will be the only ones with a secure income. Shrinking tax revenues caused by huge private sector unemployment will not be enough for elected parasites to maintain welfare state programs.

NOTE: Climbing out of the Great Depression was not burdened with tens of millions of illegal aliens accompanied by a growing number of United Nations economic refugees.

Today’s Socialists/Communists fear that the next Great Depression will not play out the same way as did the first Great Depression. The parasite class has to fear a first. The next revolution will be fought to overthrow Communists rather then put them in power. Communists, more than anyone, understand that no amount of government police power can stop a violent revolution. Think well-armed American people and the Russian Revolutions where the people had no guns,

Those men and woman that fought in World War One are remembered as The Lost Generation. The kids that came along after WW II are The Baby Boom Generation. The sixties crowd represent The Beat Generation. There is also something called Generation X, and lets not overlook the generation that lives in Yuppiedom and The Millennial Generation.

My generation, born in FDR’s first term, is The Generation That Never Was. We were the first generation of native-born Americans that never inhaled one breath of the freedoms this country’s Founding Fathers bequeathed to us. During hard times, and with the very best of intentions, our parents and grandparents handed us over to Communist teachers for indoctrination; still others were sent to the church for salvation, and just for good measure we were all given to the government for taxation. Indoctrination, salvation, and taxation is what the Great Depression was all about. Those three things and nothing more.

There were fewer Americans born in the nineteen-thirties than at any other time; so my generation never had the numbers necessary to influence domestic policy. New Deal social engineers knew that they had to buy time in order to implement their programs without debate or opposition. At least one generation had to be silenced in order to break the chain of political continuity that protected the Rights of individuals. Those Rights were always strengthened by each succeeding generation whenever they corrected, adjusted, or eliminated any mistakes made by the preceding generations. Social engineers understood this and decided to mute my generation at the ballot box.

By the time we were old enough to vote it was too late. Those of my generation that did go into government never spoke out for the rest of us. They went along to get along. Fate, if not the majority of the American people, played into the hands of American Socialists. The Cold War was first and foremost. Socialists made the most of the external threat of nuclear war coming from the Soviet Union to play upon the realistic fears of the American people.

Then there was a massive brainwashing campaign carried out by the most efficient, government-funded, and controlled, instruments of propaganda technology ever developed; i.e., talking pictures, radio, and TV. That campaign is still in progress.

My generation was simply overwhelmed at the ballot box. Nowadays, a substantial number of Americans in every generational grouping do not bother to vote because they know that they cannot stop Socialism from spreading if they vote for one liar or the other.

The generations born before us were already believers. In addition, the Great Society was chugging along at an alarming pace by the time the Vietnam War ended; so elderly Americans were assisted by an unlimited number of illegal aliens immigrants and the Baby Boomers voting with them. Those groups swallowed the propaganda hook, line, and sinker. The three groups combined swallowed The Generation That Never Was, and down the hatch went individual liberties along with my generation.

Sadly, those who came after WW II still do not understood what was stolen from them before they were born in return for what the government is giving them now. The education system took care of that little detail; however, the education system failed with my generation from a Socialist point of view because the propaganda never really succeeded in indoctrinating the majority of The Generation That Never Was. We understood better than anyone else what was being taken from us without our consent precisely because of when we were born. The brainwashing attempts that were first tried on us did not, and could not, erase a sense of what this country was before incremental New Deal Socialism began succeeding in its long march. My generation witnessed and understood the transition from then until now without any help from the public education system.

The one thing that we knew for sure as we grew older and looked back was that Socialism had been failing until WW II came along and gave social engineers a breathing spell.

The worst year of the Great Depression was 1938, and that was after FDR had been in office six years. Were it not for the war that was already being fought in Europe and China, I doubt if FDR would have been elected to a third term in 1940. American industry began to seriously gear up for war in 1939 and that helped FDR and American Socialists look better than they actually were. No Communist teacher will ever teach students that bit of heresy, nor will any public trough professor admit that FDR Socialists per se never solved any of the problems that led to the Great Depression. Contrary to what they want everyone to believe, getting two chickens in every pot cannot be credited to Socialism’s account.

Today’s leading Democrats are the legitimate heirs of those New Deal social engineers that entrenched themselves in government under FDR. Democrats in Congress silenced The Generation That Never Was after WW II had ended and before we came of voting age in order for Socialist programs to take root. By the time The Generation That Never Was came of age the courts were well on their way to joining with legislators in controlling anyone who opposed Socialism/Communism. That control was effectively applied by denying individuals their Right to abstain. (See my signature quotation.)

Stooges working in the government controlled media were rewarded handsomely with tax deductible advertising dollars for cooperating with the social engineers; giving the engineers time to beautify Socialism’s failure. They needed time and they bought it at our expense because my generation was born at the wrong time in American history. Had there been more of us Socialism in this country would be have been sent to history’s garbage dump 50 years ago.

Now that Beltway elitists are determined to engage in social engineering on a global scale through the U.N., I fear that Armageddon is closer than it was in 1932.

Once foreign resistance is clearly defined for whatever reasons, an omnipotent U.N. will call out the U.S. military and order it to ram Socialism (DEMOCRACY) down the throats of recalcitrant strangers. President ‘Fill in the name of your choice’ will finance U.N. omnipotence with income tax dollars.

Before anyone charges me with crying wolf once too often please consider this:

The followers of those religions practiced outside the Socialist/Christian sphere of influence will not take kindly to social engineering being imposed upon them by alien religions, i.e. Socialism or Christianity. The international Religious Right is not populated by Christians as is the domestic Religious Right. Those poor misguided souls living abroad will certainly upset our homegrown religious fanatics if they insist on defining economic good and evil according to their own religious and political convictions. Or, heaven forbid, they may just understand that Socialism is a greater religious evil than is voluntary membership in a Christian church because the Socialist religion can only thrive in the halls of government; whereas, organized religions that are based on a Supreme Deity do exceedingly well when they stay out of government.

Finally, there was a time when I thought the oncoming train wreck could be postponed indefinitely, or at least delayed until my generation got off the train. Looking at the Democrat Party’s wannabes for 2020 it does not look like The Generation That Never Was will catch a break in their twilight years.

Pat Buchanan is a lot kinder to democracy (SOCIALISM) than I, but he does hit it pretty hard. Sad to say he does not mention the width, depth, and staying power of the Democracy Movement —— a pillar of U.S. domestic and foreign policy for more than a century. Policies implemented by the XVI Amendment, not to mention the creation of the most politically powerful parasite class the world has ever seen.

And what will a watching world be thinking when it sees the once-great republic preoccupied with breaking yet another president?
    XXXXX

Among the reasons democracy is in discredit and retreat worldwide is that its exemplar and champion, the USA, is beginning to resemble France's Third Republic in its last days before World War II.

Also, democracy no longer has the field largely to itself as to how to create a prosperous and powerful nation-state.

This century, China has shown aspiring rulers how a single-party regime can create a world power, and how democracy is not a necessary precondition for extraordinary economic progress.

Vladimir Putin, an autocratic nationalist, has shown how a ruined nation can be restored to a great power in the eyes of its people and the world, commanding a new deference and respect.

Democracy is a bus you get off when it reaches your stop, says Turkey's Recep Tayyip Erdogan. After the attempted coup in the summer of 2017, Erdogan purged his government and military of tens of thousands of enemies and jailed more journalists than any other nation.

Yet he is welcomed in the capitals of the world.

What does American democracy now offer the world as its foremost attribute, its claim to greatness?

"Our diversity is our strength!" proclaims this generation.

    XXXXX

The diversity our democracy has on offer is not selling.

    XXXXX

In the Middle East, free elections produced a Muslim Brotherhood president in Egypt, Hamas in Palestine, Hezbollah in Lebanon. After this, a disillusioned Bush 43 White House called off the democracy crusade.

Finally, there has never been a Republic Movement built on this country’s framework, yet the republic the Founders created has been abandoned. So instead of teaching the people mired in poverty in Third World shit holes the garbage in the U.N.’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights teaches they should be taught about real property Rights. This country’s form of government is all about property Rights. Indeed, possession is more than 9/10ths of the law. Possession is 100 percent of the law when everyone keeps the product of their labors in a severely limited form of government.

I always focused on keeping church out of state because I fear tyranny.

Of all the tyrannies that affect mankind, tyranny in religion is the worst; every other species of tyranny is limited to the world we live in; but this attempts to stride beyond the grave, and seeks to pursue us into eternity. Thomas Paine

NOTE: Democrat Party opposition to repealing the inheritance tax defines Socialism as a tyrannical religion because it too will follow you into the grave, and it does so without claiming God as an ally.

Every brand of organized religion with too much political authority will always legislate tyranny in a theocracy. The Chicago sewer rat did his best to turn this country into a theocracy.

It is fair to say that the “constitutional scholar” made no pretense of defending the Constitution. Indeed, swearing his oath of office was the first lie Obama told as president. That is why I do not believe any of the spin talking heads spout about his so-called legacy. The lying sack of shit was aiming at bigger things than the ACA or the Iran Deal. He wanted to be remembered as the Father of Global Government. On top of his father fantasy he was positive his conduct as president would eventually elevate him to ‘Saint of Islam’ for all time in the eyes of Muslims. Obama’s contribution to enslaving the American people in a Muslim theocracy will make him a major Saint of Islam on par with Saint Peter in Roman Catholicism.

If you doubt my take, imagine looking back at him AFTER Islam destroys this country as Muslims are promising. The sewer rat's evil is still at work in this country clearly seen by the number of Muslims infiltrating the federal government.

Having said the above, I have to give Anthony J. DeBlasi a great big attaboy for correctly stating the reason state should be kept out of church as the Founders brilliantly incorporated in the First Amendment:

I became aware that the "Head Start" program for preschool children is not simply preparation for elementary school work when this federally funded program trickled into a church in Maine during Sunday School. I was music director at the time (the 1980s), and the choir gathered in the church's assembly hall before the start of each Sunday service, as children gathered for their Sunday session.

Wittingly or not, the church had allowed a de facto collusion between secular and sacred teaching. Unsuspecting families were in fact exposing their children to ideas more in line with paganism than with Christianity. It was a subtle form of indoctrination. I was not amused when I saw, among the children's playthings, dolls of both sexes that were "anatomically correct." Parents who might justifiably object to this public display of what was formerly a private matter were out of luck.

Unmistakable evidence of tampering with Christian doctrine came during the Sunday School lessons. Children were being made to understand that Jesus was not at all different from you or me, that He was simply an extra-nice and loving man. The Christian tenets that He is the Son of God, divine, and without sin were details left out of the narrative. The relation between Jesus and His Father – to whom the adults on the other side of the church wall would pray ("Our Father...") – was also omitted. And God loves you, no matter what you do was the only side of Christian theology emphasized. The "go and sin no more" side was not even whispered.

Bye-bye, sin, bye-bye, guilt, bye-bye, all the best and most humane moral brakes on waywardness and wrongdoing ever manifested in sacred Scripture.

"Sin" and "guilt" soon became dirty words, in fact, and were deleted from the official Christian lexicon. This was an important step for the political left in their ongoing effort to disable individual responsibility for right behavior and transfer it to the group, a more effective object of control. Criticism of what was happening was squelched with smears like being "judgmental," "rigid," even "fundamentalist." Political leftists tend to agree with Humpty Dumpty when he declared that "when I use a word, it means just what I choose it to mean." Pastors who did not follow the new politically correct gospel would soon be in hot water. Most were sufficiently intimidated to guard their speech and keep their religion to themselves (Brainwash 101).

The distortion of Christian teaching became obvious on both sides of the church wall. Whether at the pulpit or at the Sunday School tables, sacred text was being altered to conform to the new political commandments. Minds, young and old, were being closed to the truth about their church and their religion. The new, watered down, "liberalized" version of Christianity was opening doors to harmful political obsessions like prenatal infanticide, sodomy, and radical feminism. And a new political bug was being let in called liberation theology, which was a Marxist appropriation of Christian theology for the spread of communism. Was it just me finding it difficult to picture Karl Marx assisting Christianity?

When asked for my review and opinion of a new hymnal for children that celebrated this liberalized version of Christianity, I made it clear that its distortions of Scripture, combined with trivialized music, made it an inappropriate hymnal for Christian worship. The new hymnals were ordered anyway.

It was not long before guest speakers appeared during Sunday services to inform the congregation that changes in the church were on their way. No details were given, but it was emphasized that the coming changes were needed and were to be accepted. As I sat in front of the church with the choir, facing the congregation, I watched the faces in the audience as they listened to the sales pitches of these strangers peddling their new agenda. They all sat like well behaved schoolkids, taking it all in without a murmur of concern from any of the pews. And I could not help visualizing sheep being addressed by wolves in sheep's clothing (Matthew 7:15).

The alteration of church doctrine in many churches across the land, over many decades, cannot honestly be said to have improved the moral health of America. Daily headlines confirm the contrary. It would be smarter to get off the "progress express" and return to the Gospel as delivered by Christ's apostles. There is solid, good reason to believe that their version of Christianity is the true one.
