She lost, but he did not attain a mandate, because he was not elected by the will of the people.

He is NOT the popularly elected president. Never will be.

He also lost the Congressional election last year. He put his name on it and LOST.

no one ever said he won the popular vote... we said you voted for the person who sucked so bad she couldn't beat him in the election.

picked up seats in the Senate, lost them in the House. One of the narrowest pick ups in the House in a midterm in a while.
