Default Jeff Bezos and wife to divorce. Will she get $66 BILLION for doing nothing??

She hasn't done a damn thing for this money. And then women claim there is a GIANT MALE CONSPIRACY holding them down!!!

    https://www.cnbc.com/2019/01/09/how-...a-divorce.html

jan 9 2019 Jeff Bezos' divorce could become the most expensive in history — exactly what he pays out will depend on the complexities of marital law and the value of Amazon.

Bezos announced in a tweet Wednesday that he and his wife of 25 years, MacKenzie, have "decided to divorce." His tweet suggested that it will be an amicable parting, saying "we remain a family and we remain cherished friends."

And it's possible that any settlement and support he gives MacKenzie is negligible in the context of his wealth, which at the latest tally was around $137 billion.

But Washington state, where the Bezoses live, is a community property state. That means that any wealth made during their marriage could be split equally between the two. Since Amazon was founded a year after the Bezoses were married, MacKenzie could argue that she is entitled to half of Bezos' entire Amazon-based fortune. That means she could get as much as $66 billion based on the value of the company today.

He has specifically said she played a huge role in helping him achieve what he has. There’s a reason married people on the average do better than single people and that’s because a partner brings so much to a person.

Not to take TDAK's side here, and admittedly this is just a stab in the dark, but ... are you divorced?

You sound like a person who has never had a normal, healthy relationship.

When one takes a solemn vow to be life partners with someone, you share everything collectively, and gladly so. Your spouse is your most important advisor and friend. The advice and support they give is priceless.

No he isn't, bit statistically there's 50/50 chance he will be in a few years.

No. I stayed single until I turned 40. Wanted to make sure I found the right one. Been married six years now

Thanks. I had two opportunities to get married prior and I didn’t do it because something didn’t feel right and I didn’t want to get married just for the sake of being married. I have no desire to go through a divorce

For men without any doubt. Might just be easier to find a woman you hate and buy her a house!!

Yeah. No shit. I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to get divorced right in the middle of things.

The brainless bimbo from Princeton? I’m actually not that familiar with her I just know what Besoz has said about her.
