I see you've never been a contractor. There are countless general contractors that will screw every sub they can. They find new victims all the time. Pay them for the first couple jobs and promise them the whole contract. I left out the part about living in my 1954 Panel Truck for 5 days a week, 50 miles away from my Family as I built the Place. I'd come Home on Fridays, take a shower, fuck the wife, cash my Unemployment check, and go buy groceries for a week (not always in that order, if you get the drift). Plus the part about moving in ... and the House NOT being finished!
