I predict that Meuller will finally publish his report, there will be no collusion and not much else of consequence. The Dems will attempt to impeach Trump in the House anyway, which may well succeed but will be firmly rejected in the Senate. I also predict that the likes of Daesh will finally go completely apeshit and swallow a lethal dose of weasel jizz!

It was an effect of mission creep, giving undefined investigative power to an Independent Counsel tends to get them to go after crap like perjury traps, etc. which allowed Starr to get into stuff like Paula Jones and semen stains where Clinton had testified no "sexual relations" ever happened. I do not like political investigations, not then and not now. This is why Clinton would not be convicted by the Senate and removed from office, and why the same will happen with anything the Dems dream up after Mueller's report is finally finished.

There are some very interesting similarities between Nixon and Watergate, Reagan and Iran Contra and the Clinton impeachment. One major difference was Clinton was impeached over an insignificant triviality. I don’t cry any tears for Clinton over it as he was his own worst enemy and ultimately it hurt Republicans more than it did Clinton or Democrats as the American people saw through the partisan nonsense and Clinton remained more popular than them. In the end Clinton won.

I would think it would depend on what comes up.
If it comes down to Trump using campaign money to pay off a Porn Star over a sexual affair, I doubt most people would consider this as an Impeachable Offense, even though it might be illegal.
Money Laundering ... that might be viewed differently. Using the Office of President as a way to generate 'business deals' or make money for the Trump Organization might be viewed as an Impeachable Offense.
Flynn working for the Turks, Manafort working for the Russians. This raises some Red Flags. I have no problem seeing what turns up.

Unless solid evidence is shown that Trump illegally collided with Russia, Democrats would be morons to impeach Trump. It would do them more harm than to Trump or the GOP.
