Americans would settle for razor wire, as long as it kept the Mexicans out.
"White House counselor Kellyanne Conway on Sunday appeared to retreat from President Donald Trump’s signature campaign pledge of a physical wall along the U.S.-Mexico border, saying debate over the final form of the administration’s border security measures amounts to “a silly semantic argument. It is a silly semantic argument because people who just want to say ‘wall, wall, wall"

"Kelly: ‘To be honest, it’s not a wall"
"Outgoing White House chief of staff John Kelly said in an interview published Sunday that the Trump administration has moved on from the push for a concrete wall along the southern border. To be honest, it’s not a wall, Kelly told the Los Angeles Times."

So the promised "big, beautiful, tremendous, thirty foot high wall that Mexico is paying for," that Trump has shut down the Government over, is now just a "semantic argument?"
Does this mean the demagogues as Hannity and alike are going to start selling that the "big, beautiful, tremendous, thirty foot wall that Mexico is paying for" was really meant to be a fence all along? that Trump fooled them? that it is all the Democrats fault? that the media lied when they reported Trump promised a "big, beautiful, tremendous, thirty foot wall that Mexico is paying for"
What is the spin going to be next?
Americans would settle for razor wire, as long as it kept the Mexicans out.
