1st Amendment satire video controversy. True but wrong?

This person created a satire video that is actually a tribute to those who served and made the ultimate sacrifice that enabled everyone the right to have "freedom of speech". It may seem counter-intuitive to have a feminist dressed in a Kapernick jersey dancing at Arlington National Cemetery as being a sign of respect... when in fact, when you look at the bigger picture and put aside you're initial political reaction..... having the right to freely express yourself is one of the greatest exercises one can exhibit ... and the hundreds of thousands of Veterans who passed and have markers at Arlington Cemetery gave their life preserving those freedoms and the 1st Amendment (whether you agree with the ideas being expressed or not). This video is definitely low-quality, stupid and in questionable taste... thoughts?

Taking a knee in a Kaepernick jersey and flicking off the White House with a middle finger/ thumbs up hand gesture that represents people being triggered/ but all is still ok with the USA.... probably landed these brilliant American's on a watch list for the purpose of the art being misunderstood as a stupid threat. The lengths people will go to creatively express themselves and the love of their country.

CNN's fake news would probably categorize this video as White Supremict hate speech, even though it's commentary on how stupid everyone is on both sides for being overly offended with people simply expressing their 1st amendment right of Free Speech. (The Kaepernick protester dancing in Arlington Cemetery and around D.C probably triggers Right Wingers, The Trump Supporter making a joke about stinky feminist and making a transgender comment probably offends left wingers, etc... the point is people in general need to stop being soft when others are simply expressing Free Speech... especially when it's relatively stupid and tame)

An over-the-top white guy with a bald eagle USA shirt and a Trump banner behind him making ridiculous comments and punting the American Flag = hate speech in the eyes of the media and PC culture. Plus you can't have a white girl wearing a Kaepernick jersey dancing in front of the MLK monument in D.C. ....... Jussie Smollett would frown upon that.
