WOW.
That sucks.
To not advance and be stuck in the same job after 30 years shows a definite lack of ambition and work ethic.
It says you do the bare minimum to get by and continue your pointless and meaningless existence.
In these days, being at the same job for 30 years is failure.
If you got laid off tomorrow and applied for a job anywhere with just one job on your resume after 30 years, you wouldn't even get an interview.

No, it means people like you are increasingly irrelevant as the country changes. You'll become so irrelevant that you can be treated the same way you've been treating marginalized groups for decades.
What, don't like the thought of someone treating you the way you treat others?
Get fucking used to it.

It's an interesting concept that say someone is a teacher that for 30 years it shows a lack of ambition and laziness and means that person is a failure. Why do we reword failure with tenure? If educating our youth is really the goal why not put a cap on the length of time someone can teach so as to not allow failures to stick around?

think about how many people be it a garbage man, mail man, Or say an accountant. The fact that they do their job for 30 years makes them a failure and a worthless existence?
And this same person has no problem calling other racist but think about what he's really saying with that comment.
