We have been done that road and it didn't work
We haven’t had a true free market in healthcare in decades.

What Obummercare replaces was not the free market.

As I said you don’t understand the free market. It is pointless trying to explain it to you

You want the gobblement to take care of your every want

What are all those GOP incumbents, who in the election reversed themselves on Obamacare provisions as preexisting conditions, going to do now when they have to come up an alternative to Obamacare, something they haven't been able to do in the last six years, even when they held a majority in both chambers?
Well, they might just craft a way to re fund the parts of the ACA that House Republicans de funded, and make a few necessary changes. Then trump can put his name on it, the way he did NAFTA.

Like I said, Roberts will rescue you unless Ginsberg dies and a replacement is on the court before the case is heard. Stop wringing your hands needlessly. Roberts got you homey
You keep missing the point, it isn't about what the SCOTUS does, but the fact that health insurance, which was a winning issue in the last election, will remain a strong one for the Democrats going forward

And what compounds it is that now the Republicans have to come up with an alternative, something they haven't been able to do for over twelve years now

    As I said, a gift

Really can't, what the Judge ruled was that without the penalty the GOP removed the ACA isn't the tax that the Robert's Court said it was, meaning they can't just refund parts of it, they have to come up with an alternative

The importance is that it keeps health insurance, more so the potential of losing health care, a major issue, one the Democrats did well on on the last election

The ruling isn't even worth the keystrokes. It won't hold. There are minor changes to existing laws all the time. Perhaps the new tax code is unconstitutional?

Newsflash: You can fix the pre-existing conditions issues without illegally taking over and destroying the system that more than 80% of Americans were happy with (based on a made-up crisis).
