One day after former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn's legal team made the bombshell allegation that the FBI had pushed him not to bring a lawyer to his fateful Jan. 24, 2017 interview with agents at the White House, the federal judge overseeing Flynn's criminal case is demanding answers from Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

U.S. District Judge Emmet G. Sullivan ordered Mueller late Wednesday to turn over all of the government's documents and "memoranda" related to Flynn's questioning. The extraordinary demand puts Mueller under the microscope, and sets a 3:00 p.m. EST Friday deadline for the special counsel's office to produce the sensitive FBI documents.

I’ve developed a ‘believe when I see it’ attitude over the past couple of years, but yeah.

Mullet strikes me as feeling threatened with the press release slamming Flynn. You’d think he’d just ignore it.

Strzok leaked to the media about an ongoing investigation and hasn’t been charged [yet, anyway] for example. As opposed to talking to Russians, that’s an actual crime.

Yet, Sullivan has yet to lay eyes on the documents and ‘memoranda’ related to Flynn’s prosecution.

So, what is the worse case scenario, what are they going to say, Flynn was never told he should get a lawyer? The guy was the National Security Advisory, prior head of Intelligence Service Agencies under Obama, and a US General, and he didn't know there exists penalties for lying to the FBI? You think a Judge is going to buy that one?

Or is there some House Committee innuendo, secret memo, Lisa Page Email, or Hannity conspiracy out there that suddenly is going to change the whole case infront of the Judge?

Flynn did not just get the details wrong, he had already told the same lie to Cheney, remember thats why he got fired.

He held to that lie and told it to the FBI. It was a big lie, it was that he had not discussed sanctions with the Russians, however, according to KT McFarland that was the entire purpose of the law.
