Here’s an idea lol: hold federal prosecutors to the same standard they do surgeons—make them financially liable for legal malpractice. And they should be forced to pay insurance for it.

All Flynn would have had to do was say ‘you know, I just don’t remember the specifics of that conversation’ and he would have saved himself considerable grief.
