I do not know...and neither do you.

But...my guess is that neither of us would go to prison for what Hillary Clinton did.

Rev...she has been investigated to death. If they could have indicted her...they would have.

The same thing may happen to Donald Trump.

Mueller may come back with a report that indicates that Trump did some things he probably should not have done...but none of it rises to the level of something that he should be indicted for.

MY GUESS IS THAT IF THAT HAPPENS...you will be fine with it.

I know I will...just as I am with what happened after Hillary Clinton was investigate.

My opinion of Donald Trump is that he is one of the (if not THE) most disgusting individuals ever in the public eye...an ignorant, selfish, narcissistic, absolutely repulsive, classless boor.

But he won the presidency fair and square according to the rules in place before the election.

He may have done some things to influence the election that he should not have done...and he may have been involved in getting Russia to influence the election...but if what he did is found to be below the threshold for indictment...I will accept that.

    Okay?

Sullivan has already overturned one government conviction that was obtained through prosecutorial malpractice back in 2008.

Here’s an idea lol: hold federal prosecutors to the same standard they do surgeons—make them financially liable for legal malpractice. And they should be forced to pay insurance for it.

That would fix a lot of this crap.
What you're ignoring, is that Flynn is filthy. He knows that he's better off taking this deal.

Your reference to exculpatory evidence above, is part of EVERY case when a plea is reached, and sentencing is imminent.

Remember when you guys were so excited about Flynn withdrawing his plea. Remember the Republican memo.

You goof balls are always claiming someone is ‘filthy’ based on innuendo and mere suspicion.

Here’s a case where exculpatory evidence was withheld by the prosecution:

Wow..you're starting to sound as delusional as Annoise. I just told you that exculpatory evidence is a necessary part of the plea deal.

You mean it’s supposed to be.

Today we’ll find out if it was.

Weiseman has been hit before with removing exculpatory evidence...you have to wonder why the 302's were filed 7 months later. normally they are memorialized ( signed off by a supervisor and filed)in about 5 days

Comey is a more sophisticated version of Cohen. A more skilled liar, essentially. Comey, the great memorializer, who paid meticulous attention to detail in his dealings with the president answered ‘I don’t recall’ around 200 times to questions from congress. All Flynn would have had to do was say ‘you know, I just don’t remember the specifics of that conversation’ and he would have saved himself considerable grief.
he WAS caught off guard. he was SET UP to be loose and not concerned with himself.

The Mccabe phone call was to "come by and talk about training."
they LIED their way to WH access and they LIED their way thru the interview.
Then Flynn gets charged with lying!

gross negligence. the section does not require intent. Comey and Strok re-wrote the letter exonerating her from charges removing " gross negligence"and replacing it with "extreme carelessness"

Weissman is a crooked lawyer that shouldn’t be anywhere near a politically charged investigation.

And they wonder why I call Mueller, Mullet.

they are all Democratic hit squad. Either supporting or actually giving contributions to Hillary.

That shouldn't matter -but clearly it does.

    It matters a lot.

An investigation like this shouldn’t even give the appearance of bias. There shouldn’t even be one political donor amongst them—from either party.
