Good grief, how long has the left been pushing the "jobs Americans won't do" meme? I work in the trades, I can tell you, illegals have been driving down wages for DECADES. Even the menial jobs could be done by Americans if we didn't pay people to sit on their arse. I'm sorry, but every able bodied person should have to work, period, end of story.

I'm not buying that every person who comes over the border will be looking for government benefits. And for the ones who are, their options are limited.

"Nobel Prize-winning economist Milton Friedman warned two decades ago that America could have open borders or a generous welfare system -- but not both. Open borders benefit a growing economy by providing a source of labor. But that works only so long as immigrants are barred from government benefits."

I could not agree with this more.

Correct, if they are illegal, the last thing they want is the Government to know anything about them

Read down a few more lines from that in the article. Their options are not limited at all really. The most important part of what you posted from the article is the last sentence.

They did not need the votes last administration. Then they got their asses kicked. Times have changed. They are worried.

Pick any two years of the Obama administration- Your Choice!

In any of Obama's two years in office, which two years did Trump expel more Illegal Immigrants than OBAMA did in Donald Trump's two years in office?
