Except, according to those who were there (and common sense), Russia didn't just give hundreds of millions of dollars to the Clintons out of the kindness of their hearts. As crazy as it sounds, they were actually expecting something in return, like every other human being on the planet would be, and what were expecting was exactly what they got.
