If you believe that man is good, there is no need for government. If you believe that man is bad, you dare not create one.

Don't play stupid with me. First of all, you're not really stupid, and 2ndly it just makes you appear stupid!

Exotic lending led to the crisis and you know it!

    And not just for Housing.

What about all those billions upon billions of dollars borrowed to purchase Junk Stock and Hedge fund stock- that ended up failing?

Do you even know what Bank regulations we are even talking about?

I give you credit for having a brain! Please use it!

The federal government has discovered a massive new reserve of oil and natural gas in Texas and New Mexico that it says has the “largest continuous oil and gas resource potential ever assessed.”

“Christmas came a few weeks early this year,” Secretary of the Interior Ryan Zinke said of the new reserve, which is believed to have enough energy to fuel the U.S. for years.

    Oh my god.
No Trump is not responsible for the rise or decline of gas prices.

Gas prices can change because of disruptions in crude oil supplies, refinery operations or pipeline deliveries.
There are also seasonal changes. Also supply and demand is a basic economic lesson.

New York has the highest gas tax in the US. The state needs the money to pay what Cuomo spends.
We will never see gas under $2.00.

I have never had gas prices drop this much in such a short period of time. Usually prices go up when they are switching over blends BTW. Was in the upper $2.30's here a month ago. Was $1.90 yesterday at my station but Sam's Club had it at $1.80. Just wasn't willing to sit in the line to get in and out of there. I hate winter blended gas though. My fuel economy drops about 4 MPG n winter.

It does that here in the spring but prices always drop here after Thanksgiving. Last week I paid $2.12 which is real close to normal here for this time of year. In the spring it'll go back up over $3.00 and sometimes get close to $4.00, it happens every year.
Don't be afraid to see what you see

Gas has never been $4 here that I know of. I think around $3.60's was as close as it ever came. It had been fairly stable in the $2.30's range give or take for an extended period until it started dropping like mad in the last month.
