    Default Populism right / left

This is an interesting study approach to the idea of populism. I found many questions raised qualifications in my mind. Where you place yourself along a continuum can be puzzling sometimes. As many posters know me by now, my location on the chart will not surprise. I 'lean populist left', only lean, some may disagree. Have fun.

"Based on your responses to the previous questions, you got a score of 16, where 4 is the least populist and 28 is the most populist. In a few moments, we'll show you how other people have scored so far on this measure of populism."

"In our other research, we find that thinking about groups and individuals rather than impersonal circumstances prompts people to express more populist ideas and be more supportive of populist politicians."

I included the Political Compass test as well, below is my test today and below it, one done years ago. Some of the questions appear to have changed?

This test of key ideas and figures is fascinating, take it, it will surprise you.

Interesting. It claims that I am more similar to Amlo and least similar to Trump. What a relief! Non sequitur: Have you read the Obama book on your profile pic? Any good?

Which definition varies by who happens to be dominating DC or your state at the time.
