Default Kavanaugh And Gorsuch Confirmations Force Progressives To Rethink The Supreme Court

I actually found an interesting article in the Huffington Post. Apparently Progressives don't trust the Supreme Court anymore and some feel the need to curtail its power. There's some good stuff in this article, they talk about putting an 18 year term limit on USSC justices, allowing every President to appoint 2 new justices every term, legislatively limiting the scope of cases the Court may hear, expanding the number of justices on the Court and enhanced ethical oversight...whatever that means. Heres the link:

    https://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry...b0771fb6b8489a

This is my favorite part of the article:

For Tucker, the scholar at the Roosevelt Institute, the big worry comes from this conservative court striking down progressive legislation meant to deal with climate change.

“Once you start to look at the aggressive Green New Deal policies that climate scientists say are necessary to head off these irreversible impacts over these next 10 or 20 years, that is where you’re going to see the rubber hit the road,” Tucker said. “Some of that is going to inevitably interfere with property rights, and you have to have a court that’s willing to accommodate that.“
Bolding added by me. Allow me to translate from Prog to English: We need a Supreme Court that is willing to wipe its ass with the Constitution.

Make no mistake about it, America is being attacked from within.

Since when did you or any of your kind give a damn about the constitution. If it happens to work in your favor, great, otherwise just ignore and do what you want

You totally supported Trumps plan to end citizenship for those who happen to be born in this country.

I think we've all reconsidered the US Supreme Kangaroo Court.

The Green Party is fairly Libertarian on a number of issues, including a need to check the corporate oligarchy across the government, including with the Courts.

They had no problem with the Court when it was upholding faggots marrying or Obamacare.

Apparently you do since you chose to believe a lying drunken slut that made false claims against a man that was confirmed to the Court. If you whined that much with Kavanaugh, one can only imagine what you'll do when Ginsburg keels over and Trump gets #3.
