I actually found an interesting article in the Huffington Post. Apparently Progressives don't trust the Supreme Court anymore and some feel the need to curtail its power. There's some good stuff in this article, they talk about putting an 18 year term limit on USSC justices, allowing every President to appoint 2 new justices every term, legislatively limiting the scope of cases the Court may hear, expanding the number of justices on the Court and enhanced ethical oversight...whatever that means.
