Then she told numerous whoppers about it, destroyed evidence—and got away with every bit of it, because Comey changed words to keep from indicting her. But that’s a whole ’nother debacle.

Clinton schemed to avoid the records act, set up a server to avoid using State.gov at all,
and lied her way all throughout about "classified and "marked classified" etc

Lapse? The idiot used private email in a government position. She has top secret clearance. She is a presidential adviser. She should have known better especially after the Hillary noise her father made and she witnessed over and over. This was arrogance or stupidity that should not have happened.
