It's true that socio- and psychopaths often tend to gravitate towards powerful positions. I don't know how to explain their followers though who seem to be less interested in the welfare of the nation as a whole and more interested in sticking it to "the other side."

The 1965 Immigration and Nationality Act states that any foreigner who arrives in the USA, "whether or not at a designated port of arrival," may apply for asylum. But on Nov. 9, Trump tried to overrule that law, signing a presidential proclamation ending the ability of migrants to request asylum if they enter the country illegally.

“The rule barring asylum for immigrants who enter the country outside a port of entry irreconcilably conflicts with the INA and the expressed intent of Congress," wrote Tigar, who was appointed by former President Barack Obama. "Whatever the scope of the President’s authority, he may not rewrite the immigration laws to impose a condition that Congress has expressly forbidden.”
The law can sometimes get in the way of one's fascist fantasies.

Evangelicals Flexible Morality: There’s no harm in spending time with porn stars. It’s all right for adults to date children. White lives matter (much more than others). Immigrants are scum. It’s no problem to be married more than, well, twice. Lying is all right as long as it serves a higher purpose
Evangelicals support Trump because they believe that he is the Antichrist, and will usher in the Last Days and the return of Jesus Christ.
RINO is the term for that rare Republican who puts country above party.

Right wing = lie, lie, and lie some more.

Gee thanks Captain Obvious I had no idea the Dictrict Court gets appealed to the Circuit court ( 9th again) and then maybe to SCOTUS.

I believe Trump can ask for a 'fast track' but SCOTUS is loathe to jump the process.

If there was ever a case though for a fast track
( considering more caravans and 30k illegal a month arrested and claiming asylum -this is it)

So what? How does that justify not letting them apply, and have their day in Court? And I e=really don't give a shot what Faux News has to say.

    Get off your knees.

If you don't understand,or care to understand that the process of granting an asylum hearing is now
an effective catch and release into the USA (because of processing delays) -you aren't worth further discussions.

Suffice to say simple border control where hundreds of illegal crossing isn't a daily norm
is how an international border should operate.

You guys live in some world where illegal immigration isn't really a problem where you claim
you don't want open borders -but support everything to make it effectively so. get your mind right.

And the freaking idiot that does not understand the judicial process speaks out while still on her knees. So now asylum seekers are just the victims of "catch and release". Never mind that they have no place to go. Never mind the role that the US played in creating the poverty, and the persecution, they now suffer. Hell, people like you cdon't care that children in Yemen are dying of starvation as long as we can sell weapons to the Saudis so they can kill more of them.

Now, if only they were Jews. Then you would be outraged:

And why should the US take responsibility for the poverty it helped create:

oh great Buddha..... now with the hysteria.....
Central American drug wars, desertification, plain lawless corruption of gang rule- the reasons are as myriad as the countries and their populace.

But hysterical reactions of "well we fucked up their lives so now they all get to come in for ECONOMIC REASONS"
    isn't even our asylum law.

Yemen is a separate hell hole of civil war and tribalism back as far as the 1960's ( that I know of or more) that is being used by Iran as a proxy war against KSA.

KSA at least has a reason to be there -the war was spilling over their border -why is Iran there?
Why do you fail to call out Iran?

That statement can be proven true by one individual....Hillary Clinton.
Common sense is not a gift, it's a punishment because you have to deal with everyone who doesn't have it.
