Did you neglect to mention that the market has done absolutely nothing for close to a year. What happened in 2016 was yesterday, what has he done today, this year?

So if what you're saying is true, the subprime bubble would have started the same time the interest rates were lowered...only that didn't happen. It wasn't until Bush's regulators ceased the enforcement of lending standards for subprime loans beginning in 2004 that we saw any kind of subprime bubble appear.

You keep trying to blame the Fed for the housing bubble, but that's only because you can't bring yourself to admit your style of Conservative economic mismanagement is what caused the crisis to come about; and that was only predicated by the fact that the Bush Tax Cuts, which all Conservatives supported, didn't deliver on the promises made of them. So rather than place the blame squarely where it lies; deregulation and tax cuts, you try to socialize the blame so you don't have to admit your governing economic belief system is a total pile of shit.
Ahhh, looks who's back. Since reading is fundamental we were talking about the current housing bubble and today's stock market. But it's quite ironic that you blame deregulation for the '08 crash yet can't bring yourself to mention Bill Clinton who signed the partial repeal of Glass-Steagal and the deregulation of derivatives. But that's because you are a dishonest hack.

Its been at least 4 years since the Fed did anything to keep interest rates low, you need better excuses than what you offered. As it is you are confusing the stock market with home ownership, a reasonable error for a neophyte.

The only thing fair enough is that you aint got a single clue about what you pretend to know anything about. How has the Fed kept interest rates low over the past 4++ years?

not sure what you are debating, are you actually claiming the interest rates were not held to near zero for the Obama "recovery"?
certainly not, right, I mean there are facts and then there are "facts", fake news is what your side does, but please don't claim otherwise on the fed interest rate

There you go again with the moronic meme about Bush causing the mortgage collapse. Yet whenever you morons make this asinine claim and are asked to provide proof of any policy Bush put in place that led to the collapse, you morons come up with NOTHING. STFU asshat.

We had eight years of malaise from Obamunism, and you dumbfucks continue to cheer the guy as if he was some kind of messiah. He cost you 63 seats in the house and 7 seats in the Senate and you morons continue to cheer the guy as if he was some kind of messiah. Grow a fucking brain.

I told you the Fed ended QE over 4 years ago, since then they have not done anything to keep rates low. That aint an excuse you can use.

Deregulation didn't cause the collapse. Democratic race hustling with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac caused it you brain dead partisan hack. STFU already with your moronic memes.

So is the market collapsing moron? Yes or no?
