If, however, the next Republican leader is also in the style of Trump (e.g., a white nationalist and protectionist), it probably signals a realignment.... one that seems likely to be good for the Democrats for quite some time. Remember, the GOP was shut out from the presidency for 20 years, before Eisenhower, and the Democratic Republicans once had a lock on the presidency for 28 straight years, so the recent frequent back-and-forth is hardly guaranteed.
That's your takeaway? You're really dumb.

Trump is hurting the party. That's pretty obvious. This blue wave happened with the economy doing well. The only reason for it was Trump.
Leviticus 19:33 And if a stranger sojourn with thee in your land, ye shall not do him wrong. 34 The stranger that sojourneth with you shall be unto you as the homeborn among you, and thou shalt love him as thyself; for ye were strangers in the land of Egypt: I am the LORD your God.

    Yes, they will survive.

Most people think the "current" republican party is about dump, so when he's gone they will still support republican policies...…….

So far, I'm not hearing much from the Democratic Party. Is that what this thread is about?

Again, you'd need to aim a lot better to hit a vulnerable spot. Being called stupid doesn't get under my skin, because I have a huge amount of evidence of my intellect. Moreover, being called stupid by one of the dumbest posters on the forum is just plain fun.

    decent analysis Jack.
History will tell the tale if Trump's populism was a one off, or a movement
