b) Whether the "No Go" call was made of the pilots own volition, or whether the pilot was ordered by his commander in chief to order "No Go" I don't know.
c) What we do know is it's been reported that over 80 world leaders attended the ceremony.
So President Trump not attending sends several messages, all of them detrimental to the self-interest of the United States. (remember "America first"?)
