Russian ground-based 3D Nebo SVU and Chinese ship-borne Type 517M can enable the detection of narrowband stealth aircraft such as the F-35 at greater ranges than previously. Bear in mind though that they wouldn't go into battle alone, standoff jamming support for stealth platforms is standard procedure.
