If the employee did nothing criminally why was he fired?
The company fired him because they didn’t agree with his views and joined an organization they disagree with?

Wow. A company telling you what you can believe or what organizations you can join.

Is this company firing employee that may be Antifa or participated in protects?

I hope the employee takes them to court for wrongful termination and violations of his civil rights.
