The Market has to go down at some point. It can't keep going up forever.

Look at the Fed rate! It is still remarkably low considering the success of the current Stock Market.

Here is the problem, Stock Market investors are borrowing billions and billions of dollars from our stable financial institutions just to risk on the Stock Market!

That should be a sin to begin with, and if it is not brought back into order, capitol investment funds will dry up and become a thing of the past, while all the money is riding on the Stock Market! And that's when you see the Golden Parachutes start to fill the sky- and while the ship sinks- all the lifeboats are gone- GONE- KAPUTE!

Real wages have grown less than 1%...not what was promised.

We kicked off the Fiscal Year with a $100B deficit for the first month...not what was promised.

I don't look at it like that. I don't think your perspective is correct. The 'Investors' are institutional investors like Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Endowments, etc. They HAVE the money, they don't need to 'borrow' any. Most individual investors are like Dentists, they make more money than they need, so just stick it in the Stock Market and watch it grow. There are Speculators out there that may 'borrow' money to invest, but that isn't a big problem, ... except for them.
