If anything, Junior might be the fall guy for campaign connections to the Russians, but it won't be a criminal charge, what could they charge him with, collusion isn't a crime. Even a good chance Americans won't even see the full report, the new AG will bury it in a desk drawer. It will all be bounced to the House, where it will be politicalized
