Plus, just because there were no issues at some polls with votes doesn't mean there won't be issues at other polls. It's not an all or nothing equation.

As for why some polls weren't contested? Well, maybe because voting and counting was a straight forward process and went ahead smoothly in those areas? See my previous comment.

Republicans are quite capable of sorting out any shenanigans if they so wish but then again, they are getting shot down left and right when they attempt to throw a spanner in the works so maybe they haven't got a leg to stand on in this instance? We shall see.
