This was a terrible tragedy and not the norm.

I wonder is others had guns also, would it have been like the OK corral? How are the cops supposed to know the difference between the good guys and the bad guys?

In California the Good Guy (the cop) also got shot dead.

Women should beware of the police.

The statistics do not reveal the under reporting of these rapes by cops out of fear.

If a cop wants to pull you over for a burnt out taillight on a lonely road, drive until you come to a well lit public place with people and video cameras. Just saying.

Of what gun homicide could that not be said? The guard's killer belongs in prison.

And this trigger-happy attitude made evident in jurisdictions across the U.S. is promoted by lenient treatment of policemen that kill unnecessarily.

    Shocking Revelation:
The police are there for our safety. We are not there for their convenience. It's their choice to take the job. It's their choice to take the risk. If they're going to shoot anything that moves, then they should be using a price gun at Wal~Mart.

His only want is exercise more and more personal power." smb / purveyor of fact 18/03/18

A police officer gets a report of an Active shooter in a bar. The storms in and sees a man with a gun. What does he do?

Being Cop takes training, skill and dedication to serving and protecting, I would want an armature trying ti make the distinction on their pay?

A good COP will enforce the law.
A bad COP may shoot the nigger dead.

The COP that perpetrated this homicide belongs in prison, or at the end of a short rope.

Plus, there will be more and more gun saturation in situations other than mass shootings, where the presence of a gun could mean the difference between what would have been a fairly harmless scuffle with a few black eyes, and somebody being killed.

You gun crazy fuckhead Rambos have been warned time and again that the Cops are not concerned about a Good Guy with a Gun.

They are concerned about going home at the end of the shift and will kill before thinking.

if you were any sort of effective and intelligent lawyer, you'd already know the answer to that question. Because you are not, let me enlighten you as to the fucked up gun laws that illinois enforces upon it's pseudo slaves...

There are numerous law and regs and rules governing the use of armed security in Illinois, but the one thing that is uniform throughout ALL of Illinois is that there can be no armed security in an establishment that makes over 50% of its revenue from the sale of alcohol UNLESS it's an off duty police officer who is still wearing the law enforcement credentials. This fact alone makes it 'legallly justified' that the cop coming in could assume that said security guard holding the gun is the shooter in the call. It's a fucked up law and the employer of this man as well as the owner of mannys blue room are liable for this mans death.....in the legal sense.

but this is what you get when you statist morons prefer an armed government over individual self defense.
A sad commentary on we, as a people, and our viewpoint of our freedom can be summed up like this. We have liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans, yet those very people look at Constitutionalists as radical and extreme.................so those liberals and conservatives, Democrats and Republicans must believe that the constitution is radical and extreme.

Cops just shoot people with guns. Espcially if they are not white.

OK, now let’s pretend four civilians had been armed, Armed person one shoots person A.... Armed person two, In self-defense shoots armed person one. Armed person three believes that there is a massive shooting going on and shoots armed person two. Armed person four, Shoots armed person three under the same mistake. Then the police come and shoot armed person four.

Five dead, When it could’ve only been one.
