Excuse me... The Ohio State University is one of the finest University's in the country.

That's not its reputation nationally. US News ranks it 56th among national universities. To put that in perspective, I went to school in the Boston area, and there are seven universities in that area that outrank Ohio State (Harvard, MIT, Tufts, Brandeis, BC, BU, and Northeastern). As for the Yellow Jackets, I suppose it's better than not having a pro sports team, but seeing as it's the fourth place of the big four sports leagues, and the Yellow Jackets are the only team in the league never to have won a single playoff series, it's not exactly like NY with the Yankees, Mets, Giants, Jets, Rangers, Islanders, Knicks, and Nets.

I suppose Buckeyes Football is an attraction, at least for those who went to that university.

Last time we spoke you were offering 2012 numbers and saying black voters supported him. But what you had left out was the results of his zero tolerance policy in Baltimore and how black voters had turned against him by 2016.

He was mayor of Baltimore from 1999 to January 2007. So, if his time there was going to sour black voters on him, they'd have been well-soured before he won in 2006 and 2010. Yet exit polls show he did well with blacks in both those elections. So, what evidence do you see that black voters had turned against him by 2016, and what was it that turned them, if it hadn't taken hold during his time in Baltimore?

OK. That's an argument that it wasn't what he did in Baltimore that was an issue (after all, his time as mayor of Baltimore set him up to win the state twice), but rather something that happened later during his governorship. Maybe. I'd need to see numbers from his national candidacy to support the idea he couldn't win over black voters.

I'm not counting it as a state. I'm simply counting it as a member of the top 20. 50% of the top 20 were red states. That doesn't imply that the other 50% were blue states.
