Judge Rules In Gov. Scott’s Favor In Broward Elections Records Request
WASHINGTON (CBSMiami/NSF) – A Broward judge has ruled in favor of Gov. Rick Scott and says Broward Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes must “allow immediate” viewing and copying of records that have been requested.
The judge added that it must be completed by 7 p.m.
The lawsuit in Broward filed against Snipes claimed that her office was withholding crucial voter information and has blocked access to the office. At the emergency hearing on Friday, Scott’s lawyers said this was a “simple” case about access to Broward ballots. It’s not about how votes are counted or inspecting ballots.
“This information Supervisor of Elections should have already compiled and saved,” he added, “It should take 10 minutes to do.”

What we have going on in Florida is the usual LOOKING for votes, not COUNTING votes already properly and lawfully submitted. The Dems always go shopping for more votes in Broward. This is voting after the polls are closed! They turn a simple election into a scavenger hunt. You can't use "votes" found in car trunks, school rooms or floating in a dink on Biscayne Bay and deem them as valid and secure outside of secured election stations. It's insane!
Whatever comes in on time should be the only eligible votes. Dems have only themselves to blame if there are truly thousands of votes which were never delivered to them in a timely manner. Too bad. They are SOL and let the Dem voters scream at their own for their incompetence. When election day is over, it's over.
