It is amazing how *immigration especially has brought out the worst in people everywhere, not just in America. Immigrants and the needy have proven one thing, Christianity is a fake religion, Jesus failed as did all other prophets of care and compassion. The problem is the warping of the originals. My Mom told me there are currently about 6,000 delineations of Christian religion. Someone didn't like certain doctrine, they left, and started there own church, and called it Christian. The idea that you can change, or reinterpret doctrine set by Christ, and still call yourself Christian is insanity at it's finest. It's why you have brash old testament types, that lack the compassion of a follower of Christ. Televangelists warping money to mean status, and something God rewards, despite Christs word against the idea of richness. Pro-life Evangelicals that support the death penalty, and are against government programs to aid the sick, poor, and disabled. You had the polygamy of the Mormons, that was way off track. Luckily most of them booted that idiocy, but you still have some Christian cult groups out there we've all heard about. If you go your own way, you literally can't be a follower, or disciple of anyone.
