A bit generalizing. I didn't realize there were pundits "on my side."

But you're deflecting, regardless. Trump is a textbook demagogue. Every candidate engages in some fearmongering. Few candidates make it an art form.

my fav. fearmongering is on "nationalism". The have to dog whistle it up to "white nationalism"

When I say "no it's nationalism" ( as opposed to "globalism") they STILL have to fearmonger it up -
with "well the implication is white nationalism" no. no it's not. i even juxtaposed globalism for you.

But it's an ingrained taking point - they have to reflexively change it to be about race

I agree with your point. I think we are arriving at the same conclusion. If anyone knew the history of Hitler, they would see quite clearly there is no comparison at all to Trump and Hitler, or any American President for that matter. That comes down to the historical knowledge and intellect part of this.

There isn't "no comparison." They use the same exact techniques to manipulate a crowd - the same psychology.

Few remember Hitler. Besides Trump equals Mussolini. That is where nationalism and corporations were merged into a government run by a brash and ruthless leader.

If Pubs lose House & take Senate I'll go to sleep, get up, make breakfast, work, make dinner, go to sleep, repeat every day and night...happily.
If Pubs win both the House & Senate ^^^ DITTO^^^
Either way I have no plans to throw bricks, light fires, obstruct traffic or move to Canada.
Abortion rights dogma can obscure human reason & harden the human heart so much that the same person who feels
empathy for animal suffering can lack compassion for unborn children who experience lethal violence and excruciating
    pain in abortion.

Unborn animals are protected in their nesting places, humans are not. To abort something is to end something
which has begun. To abort life is to end it.

So you'll do all that impromptu?
    Good. I admire spontaneity.

    Don't forget to "fall back".
"It should be obvious to anyone why conservatives and libertarians should be against Trump. He has no grounding in belief. No core philosophy. No morals. No loyalty. No curiosity. No empathy and no understanding. He demands personal loyalty and not loyalty to the nation. His only core belief is in his own superiority to everyone else. His only want is exercise more and more personal power." smb / purveyor of fact 18/03/18

Mussolini sounds more like Hugo Chavez lol.

Learn your history before making such proclamations.

Exactly the same techniques AND dehumanization of non white, non Christians people. There is a striking parallel. You would have to be completely
ignorant of pre-WWII the history not to see it.

Based on polling data I have seen (we all know how accurate they are) there is a good chance the Dems will take the house. But the Repubs will keep the Senate.
