How to Subpoena Tax Returns for Court
https://legalbeagle.com/5731805-subp...rns-court.html
Tax returns can indeed be the business of the court or federal body.
Happens quite often in child support and fraud cases for instance.
Guess you didn't know that.
AMERICAN HISTORY ITSELF IS A TESTAMENT TO THE STRENGTH AND RESILIENCE OF AFRICAN PEOPLE. WE, ALONG WITH THE COURGE AND SACRIFICES OF CONSCIOUS WHITE AMERICANS, LIKE VIOLA LIUZZO, EVERETT DIRKSEN, AND MANY OTHERS, HAVE FOUGHT AND DIED TOGETHER FOR OUR FREEDOM, AND FOR OUR SURVIVAL.
In America, rights are are not determined by what is just, fair, equitable, honest, nor by what Jesus would do. Rights are determined ONLY by what you can DEMAND.

Americans just want Trump to tell the truth, does he pay tax, meet his responsibilities as a citizen, or does he shell out more in lawyers and accountants to find ways to avoid paying tax. Simple question that all Presidents in recent times have answered
The argument that it isn't illegal so it is acceptable is bogus, it is a quesiton of ethics and integrity, a husband cheating on his pregnant wife isn't against the law, as Trump has also showed up, but I'd say most people wouldn't find it virtuous or principled.
And if you want to stretch the point, abortion isn't against the law either, but I'd bet you wouldn't apply the same rationale as you do Trump's taxes
It's much more than that. We know the wealthy don't pay taxes, especially when their income is only subject to cap gains.
What trump's corporate tax returns will show, is that he's been laundering money for Putin and others for decades.
And THAT's the reason we need to see his returns.

Well...the trump klan has been bragging about buying golf courses with cash. The returns should show said cash. Not paying taxes is common for those with real estate. They get to depreciate the purchase price of the property over 30 years, which shows up as a loss to offset income.
But the source of income is what I'm interested in.

As a owner of multiple real estate properties over the years I've never known a way to avoid paying property taxes. Yet you say it's common for people not to pay. What am I missing that others aren't?
Edit: I can't speak for the Trump's but lots of people buy real estate all cash then put debt on it after the purchase. Not uncommon at all.
